Buying a commercial property with existing tenant

I have just purchased a commercial property which is already let to a small retailler.

Does anyone what formal notices if any I need to serve on the tenant in the property to inform him that I am his new landlord.

I know that when buying residential properties subject to existing tenancies, the landlord needs to serve S3 LTA 1985 and S48 LTA 1987 notices, however I dont think these apply to commercial leases.

I would be grateful for any advice.
