Hi,
I recently made an offer on a house for 320 pw and the Rental agency had informed me verbally that the bills include the Gas bills as it was part of the building charges.
That made us a bit relieved and the rental agency accepted our offer and they will be drawing the contracts in a few days.
The rental agency came back to me yesterday saying that the rent does not include gas bills and now we do not have time to look for another property as 13th is the last day in our current property.
I cant afford to lose the property , but this is ridiculous !! What do I do ?
