Tenants Evicted

My tenants were evicted by the HCEOs last week but the property is filled (and do I mean filled!) with their property.

What rights do I have on removing their property? The HCEO said the Ts would be in touch the next day about arranging to come back to collect their possessions but I haven't heard from them and do not have a forwarding address for them (I assume the council found emergency accommodation for them).
