T has moved out one month prior to the end of 6mths AST. I found out when a reference company phoned me.They have moved into another rented property.
I have contacted T for permission to show a new prospective tenant at the property. T has given permission and asked if I would conduct their inventory after showing prospective T.
T has informed me they have taken all the readings (Water & Electric)and paid all the bills to the date they left, T also states the property is left in a clean condition.
As I understand they are still under contract and liable for anything which happens at the property until the end of the AST. If I find the prospective tenants suitable and they can move in before old T's AST expires, can I conduct the inventory early?
