Dispute

I attended a licensing hearing today where neighbours and I raised objections against long extended hours and a live and pre-recorded music license for a pub that has been around for 100+ years adjacent to residential property (including mine). As a group of residents and businesses we responded by sending 32 letters of complaint prior to the hearing. Then at least 6 residents including myself spoke in person to the licensing committee at the local authority offices today. Their application was completely turned down. The applicant can of course appeal the matter by taking it to the magistrates court.

My question is does raising a written and verbal objection count as a formal dispute recorded by the local authority such that when I or any other residents come to sell my property the solicitors search will uncover this and potentially put off potential buyers?

Thanks and sorry if I have not posted this in the correct place folks,

Jon:(blush):
