I am a little bummed out today. I have been negotiating for the loft space above my property and above one of the freeholders flats.
Its a huge expanse.
Currently the FH owns 3 flats the LL own 3 flats all the same size the flats are above commercial premisses.
Apart from the developmental idea for the loft I was hoping then to be able to enfranchise as the floor space ratio would would unbalance the 50/50 split.
Its now my understanding that just owning that space will not enable me to enfranchise unless I develop it :@:
