Hi,
I received an e-mail today (Friday am) from my tenant advising me that the washing machine at the property is not working.
I replied within 1/2 an hour suggesting various obvious remedies, but was advised that it was still not working.
I advised that I would get somebody to come and have a look or arrange for a suitable replacement, but suggested it possibly wouldn't be until next week.
The tenant advised that this was not acceptable and they would arrange for a plumber themselves and send me the bill.
My question is,what is a reasonable timescale to supply a replacement machine or have the existing one fixed?
Many thanks for any replies.
