A large short let/holiday let internet company wants to let my flat and they would then sublet it as a holiday let. The advantages are they would let it from me for 2 or 3 years and use their own maintenance company for repairs which I would not have to pay for.
They want me to include the following subletting clause and I was wondering if the clause was safe to use:
''The tenant is permitted to assign, sublet, part with or share all or
part of the property"
Obviously they need 'sublet' in there but I don't see that the other parts are needed for the purpose of them subletting on a short term/holiday let basis. Anyone have any views or advice?
What if I add ''with the written agreement of the landlord" at the end of the clause?
