Hi every one, really need some advice! I've been living in my rented property now for 7 years. I've always had a problem with my housing association following out repairs so a lot of the time I've just given up pestering them as its gotten me no where, however, about 3 months ago I had my yearly inspection done and the man who came round did something to the locks on my kitchen windows and now they won't shut there is always about an inch gap between the catch and and the window! Very drafty! He also took the lock out of my inner second front door which leads onto a balcony area and then I have a main front door so the property is safe but the door doesn't stay shut! So I have a draft blasting through both sides of my flat I used £80 on gas last month alone and my 4 year old daughter has had a cold now for 7 weeks! I have rang the housing association 5 times now and sent them an email, every time I speak to them they say that somebody will call me back to arrange a date for the repairs to be done but I neer hear anything back from them! I am at my wits end now and don't know what to do! Any advice will be greatly appreciated! I am in the uk by the way :)
