I like the quote at the end "Dare I say it? These are quite good rules. Perhaps the LVT will now stop making things up as they go along? (Or treating it like “pub pool” as one correspondent suggested). "
It also mentions that it will now be possible to go straight to Upper Tribunal for complex cases, something that has been mentioned a few times before.
It will also be possible to 'strike out' hopeless cases and defences tye same as in County Court.
