I have served a Section 25 Agreement on my commercial tenant which expires on 25th March 2013. I will be prepared to allow my tenant to remain in the property for a few months longer. I understand this requires agreement in writing and would like to know what format this needs to be in. Whilst I am happy to extend the term, I don't want to lose the protection afforded to me under the S.25 agreement itself.
