Hi
As a longterm leaseholder I have just taken the Landlord to a Tribunal hearing and won. Just as an aside I wish I had known how easy and informal it was - should have done it earlier!
The Landlord has decided to seek permission to appeal to the Land Tribunal.
My question is does anyone know if an appeal is quite common, and if so how often are they granted
I do understand that if the Landlord is refused permission he may appeal direct to the Land Tribunal
Have studied the LVT determination in detail and I do think the original tribunal has appeared to have used correct case law etc, and having read the appeal my view is it will fail.
Any info on the appeals process in general would be appreciated
Look forward to hearing from anyone who may help
Thanks
