Forgive me, new to the forum.
I recently bought a flat (9 days ago), no survey carried out, sent the painters round and on replacing an Ariel socket on the outer wall, they discovered a concealed wall was 15cm behind which shows signs of severe damp.
The flat is now unrentable as a result, I wanted ask is there any legal recourse in regards to the seller and does anyone have any idea of what I can do, in my opinion it was purposely concealed
Can anyone also give recourse and time frame for the management company considering its the internal side of the exterior wall?
