I am a leaseholder of a flat and a director of the residents' management company. One of the covenants in the lease that all 12 leaseholders have signed is to keep the common parts free of any items.
However, a tenant has taken to leaving a buggy in one of the entrance halls and has refused our request to desist. We have raised the problem with the leaseholder who says he has explained to the tenant why he should not do this but he still persists.
What can we do to force the leaseholder to resolve this to our satisfaction?
