Right needing some advice. The tenants in the property were correctly served notice by the letting agents that I use as I have, at last, sold the property. They were given 2 months notice which they are now in breach of as have failed to leave and find a new property. It was a 6 month short term assured lease that has continued from march 2011. The tenants knew I had sold the property back in October!
I need to get them out of the property asap as not to lose the buyer, what are my options? How long is it likely to take? I have a feeling they are trying to get on the council list so have been told to sit tight......Advice greatly apprecieted!!
