I have written a letter giving notice to my tenant who has rent arrears. I have given the correct amount of notice and included the phrase about needing possession AFTER the date as recommended by Landlordzone BUT I forgot to say that I was giving notice under Section 21. Will this invalidate the notice if I have to go to court for 'accelerated possession precedure'?
