Hi all.
I have been served with Possession papers from the County Court based on the fact that the Section 21 Notice expired on 24.1.2013.However,the actual date is 24.1.20113.18,100 years in the future!
Will the court just look at this as a typo or will I need to be served a new Section 21?
Also,although my tenancy agreement has been signed my myself,my husband and the letting agent,the binding date at Section 1.1 has not been completed.
I know this is a bit picky but this whole tenancy has been an utter shambles and I am not going to be walked over unless i absolutely have to be!!
