Hi, could you give me some advice please,
I'm thinking about buying property to rent out to two members of my family.
They are both single and need to live independantly.
Would it be better to buy two one bed flats or one three bed house that i can put an extra kitchen and bathroom in giving them both a one bed flat each as it would be cheaper for me to buy one house than two flats, but i don't know where i would stand legally.
One of them is in full time employment the other one claims benefits, would that cause a problem ?
I would be charging them both rent of about £450 pcm each inclusive of all bills.
Thank You.
