Damage caused by water leak from flat upstairs.

Hi Folks,

Hope you can help. My property has been damaged by a water leak from upstairs. Do I claim from my insurer or from landlord of the flat upstairs?

Sorry if this seems a stupid question but it's the first time I've had to deal with something like this.

Any advice or info welcome.
