I have a flat on which I granted a 2 year lease to a company that sub-lets the flat on an AST to a council tenant. The lease says that the company will return the vacant property to me at the end of the 2 year lease.
The lease ended one year ago. I have asked the company in writing to return the proprty to me. The company is still paying me rent, but is not taking any steps to remove their tenant and return the property to me.
I can't serve notice on the actual tenant living at the flat because they are not my tenant. Can anyone advise me of how I can get posession from the company?
