Hello everyone. This is my first post. I am renting my property to a young couple and there have been complaints from neighbours about noise, foul language, their dog being left alone for long periods of time, and howling, excessive door banging and screaming and shouting arguments. There is also a very strong possibility there are 3 people living there rather than the two tennants named on the lease. The people in the adjoining property can hear loud noises, such as doors banging, the patio door being slammed open and shut, and other noises suggesting my property is being damaged. The agents have spoken to the tennants and visited the property and have not found any damage. However, I am concerned that their behaviour is getting worse, and other neighbours in the small cul-de-sac are elderly. With hindsight I would have not accepted them, nor agreed to a 12 month tennancy, but they passed all the checks. I would really appreciate some help please, as to be quite honest I want them to leave the property. Thank you
