What to buy essex

Hi all

I live in essex and have decided to buy a place to let out.

I have decided on four areas billericay, chelmsford, wickford, basildon to look at as they are all 20 mins from where i live now and easy for me too keep an eye on them.

My question that I want to ask is what type of property would you look at?

2 bed flat? or 2 bed terrace house?


if anyone has local knowledge what area would you choose?

my aim is obviously to acheive the best yeild I can and I intend to speak to letting agents on potential rent

just wondered if anyone on here would have any ideas
