Hi all. This is my first post, so go easy with me. I have recently had a very bad experience with a fully managed LA in my home town of Rugby, and therefore considering renting a property I have, privately. If I understand things correctly, the main websites to market my property would be places like Zoopla, Rightmove etc. However, am I correct in thinking that only an agent can advertise using such sites? I was therefore wondering whether any of you could recommend one of those online agents that charge you a one off fee circa £50 to advertise on the aforementioned websites, with no tie-in’s. Better still, if you have other suggestions, I would appreciate reading them.
