I have a question regarding purchasing the freehold that has been offered to us, if the other leaseholders are not interested in purchasing this what are our options?
Can we purchase the whole freehold?
The flat is in a block of 9 flats, I have read on other threads that say there are two flats only involved, and just one of them can't purchase it.
If we're offered this freehold can we purchase it, or set up a company to purchase it?
