It should be every 28 days but both his year and last year there has been a strange gap, last year was due to claim was put on hold whilst waiting for information despite claiming for a year before that at same address and then the dates changed completly i.e lets say I am paid 28th feb, then 25th march, 22nd April etc by the 4th October would be in sync.
These arent the actual dates but just an example, lets say they paid on 7th September then not again till about the 12th October but its a normal 28 day payment so days missing.
This year I have real dates not a generic example, paid on 3rd September and not again till 23rd October but council says this is correct! this means I am in arrears with rent and cannot afford to pay that 2 weeks odd.
