D1 Planning Procedures

Hi all

Getting plans to open a dental practice from scratch and obviously this is going to take some design and planning where premises are concerned

I'm looking to buy ideally so I really need to know what sort of things to look for in a property that's going to qualify it for D1 use

Also, how do I know plannings goins to be defiantly granted before I buy ?
