I want to ask my tenants to move out of a house so I can sell it. Their TA runs from September 10th 2011 and ends on September 9th 2012. Should I issue a Section 21, giving them 2months notice? As it is now August 16th 2012 does this mean they will go into Periodic Tenancy? If so do I issue a different order? Along with whatever I send them should I send them a formal letter as well? I have read lots of stuff on the forum and think I have now bamboozled myself with information!
I have another idea: maybe I would be better off to try to sell my house with the established tenants in it. Living in north west London there is a high demand for BTL properties. Should I test the market out that way? Would I attract a higher selling rate?
