As the title states, I have bought a property, which was tenanted and the old landlord served the tenants s.21 notices. In fact served the notices when they started their tenancies years ago.
I have filled in the accelerated possession form but I now have to attend a court hearing due to the fact that the name of the landlord on the s.21 (old landlord) is different to the name on the claim form (new landlord)
Im under the impression it still is valid. If so, do I need to take proof of ownership to the court hearing? Has anyone else had to deal with a similar situation??
