Hope someone could help have a btl mortgage with BIrmingham MIdshires phoned them loads of times and have been told that I could use property as HMo called today and they now said no.paperwork states that Max number of tenants is 5 and it is the responsibility of the landlord to comply with any HMO regulations.Under this it states that the property can not be let on multiple tenancies .confused ?any advice gratefully received
