I advised my tenant that I was seeking possession of the property from the 30/05/13 . They acknowledged the receipt of the notice in writing.
She then gave her months notice correctly and is due to move out on the 24/04/13. She has now asked to stay on.
she is not living in the property and is just using it to store her stuff as she is living with her mother. I do not like empty homes even if i am being paid for them.
Is it possible to apply to the court for eviction from the date her notice to me expired (24/04/13) or will I still need to wait until the notice I served expires on the 30/05/13.
