I have started this new thread after being helped in an original thread(link below)
The freeholder has now supplied the insurance documentation for the buildings insurance.
He has sent an email and asked the following
'I require the liability insurance from your tenant, Mr ****** *******, for work he did on 18 February 2013 which resulted in further damage to Flat 3..'
The damage is explained in original post.
I am not a tenant, Rather I stay in my friends flat to look after it while she is out of the country. Would I need, in law to have my own insurance?
Thanks
