Our very long lease (of 10 leaseholders and 9 freeholders in the management company) states that our accounts have to have an audit. We have asked for this to be told that the lease is flawed in demanding this and the management company are therefore not taking any notice of this requirement. We have only a £28,000 turnover but have had problems with the allocation of these funds. Can the managing agents/directors just ignore this request. Samuel
