Hi, need some help to fill out this form, i am applying to enforce the accel. possession order ( warrant for possession,ie bailiff to kick em out ) because the T has not left.
Where and how do you ask for the costs of this application of £110 ?
Also what should i do with these bits ?
I certify that
(1) the defendant has not vacated the land as
ordered (*and that the whole or part of any
instalments due under the judgment or
order have not been paid) (†and the
balance now due is as shown)
(2) notice has been given in accordance
with The Dwelling Houses (Execution of Possession Orders by Mortgagees)
Regulations 2010.
